Mars Explorer

Mars Explorer is a repetitive game that shouldn’t keep your interest for very long. The game was rushed and does not play nor look very good. Below, I will tell you why I would not recommend this game. The next section will discuss the graphics, which is not an important part of a game, but the graphics show how much time and effort was put into a game.

The graphics in Mars Explorer are very bland. The characters and objects look like they were copy and pasted from a cheesy website, or Microsoft Word. The backgrounds look good, but the game looks horrid in 2d. The character is way too small and the objects are way too big. The graphics don’t make the game any more enjoyable or interesting. The next section will talk about the most important part in any game, the gameplay.

Mars Explorer doesn’t play very good and the controls aren’t very responsive. When you try to jump you either jump too high and hit an object, or too low and don’t get over an object. The shoot button was good so you can shoot the lower objects, but the controls aren’t very responsive, which brings down the overall score. I don’t know if Mars Explorer needs more buttons, just more responsive controls. The next section will discuss the single player.

Mars Explorer is one of the most boring and tedious Cybiko games. Every level looks the same, except for more or less objects. The game is very repetitive and not very enjoyable. The game not only plays horrid, looks bad, but also isn’t enjoyable. The game doesn’t even have an option to tone down or turn up the difficulty. The first few levels in Mars Explorer are too easy and the later levels are way too hard. The game would have benefited from a multi player mode so you could laugh at how bland and boring the game is. Finally, I will sum up the game and give my overall score.

Mars Explore is tedious and boring and I can’t recommend this game to anyone. Mars Explorer will not appeal to any age groups and don’t download this game, even though it’s free. Mars Explorer is a waist of space on your Cybiko. Stay away from this game!
