Action Checkers
Action Checkers is a simple, yet addictive single and multi player game for Cybiko. It might not be the most glamorous game, but it achieves what it tries and that is fun.

   Action Checkers graphics are bland and not attractive, but Action Checkers does not attempt to have good graphics, because that is not what it is about. It is a game of checkers and checkers doesn't have good graphics, but that's okay, because it is a fun and addictive game. The most important part of a game like this is gameplay that is the section I will discuss next.

   The gameplay in Action Checkers is excellent. What you do is try to reach the bar on the side of the screen to the top and hit all your opponents checkers off the table, or in this case the screen. You adjust the way you hit the checker like in billiards and it works really well and the collision detection is spot on. There aren't many things to the gameplay, but what there is, is executed perfectly. Now I will talk about the fun factor.

   The fun factor in this game is great, meaning it is a fun and addictive game. The game is very fun and kept me playing multiplayer with my friend Jeff for hours. The only thing that decreases the fun factor is every three times I played the game froze up. This really stunk, because I was enjoying the game and had to restart my Cybiko. I wanted to give this game a perfect score, but things like this keep the game from being perfect, but still keep it in the upper echelon of Cybiko games. Now I will discuss the single and multi player.

   The single player is very enjoyable, but if you have a friend the multi player is amazing. Since you can play Cybiko from up to 300 feet, put your friend (if you have one) in the other room and play Action Checkers. It is really fun and the little suspense there is, is cool and really adds to the fun factor of this game. If you have a friend, this is the best multi player game.  I think you will agree once you play. Now to sum the game up.

   This game is very addictive, but a few factors keep it from being perfect, even though I really wanted to give this game a perfect score. This is one of those games that you will start and won't end for a while.
